AAXICO Asia-Pacific Pte. Ltd. is proud to announce the relocation of the company to our new facility at Changi Airport. Now celebrating our twentieth year in Singapore, we are very excited about this move as it allows us to expand our role in meeting the needs of our customers while continuing to provide superior customer support. As part of our increased activity, the coming year will see both repair and manufacturing activities incorporated into this new facility.

AAXICO Technical Services Welcomes Aboard - Diana Hsu

AAXICO Technical Services (ATS) is pleased to welcome aboard Diana Hsu in the position of Supply Chain Coordinator. Diana is responsible for all vendor relations in the traditional purchasing role, as well as an emphasis on price negotiation within China. Certain accounting functions will be controlled by Diana in her new position, with goals on inventory reduction and real time cost accounting.

AAXICO China Welcomes Aboard - Qiao Zhong

AAXICO China welcomes aboard Qiao Zhong as Credit Supervisor. Her duties include handling Accounts Receivable for all Chinese clients, tax issues and business related administration matters in China. Qiao Zhong has over 16 years of work experience in the MRO industry in China. Before joining AAXICO she worked at Guangzhou Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Company (GAMECO) in Guangzhou, China where her experience included working as the assistant to the General Manager of GAMECO, Public Relations and also Translation work at the Production Control Department. She brings her communication and financial skills and knowledge to her new position at AAXICO. Qiao Zhong has a degree in Teaching English as a Second Language from Eastern Michigan University. ATS Welcomes Aboard - Marina Correia

September 2011

AAXICO Technical Services (ATS) welcomes aboard Marina Correia who has joined the engineering staff as a Project Engineer. Marina is a graduate of Florida International University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.

Prior to joining ATS, Marina was employed by BAE Systems as a Manufacturing Engineer and most recently worked as a Manufacturing Process Engineer for PTI in Miami. Marina is a VFR Licensed Pilot and also a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers and the American Society for Quality.

AAXICO welcomes aboard Mike Roberts to the AAXICO US staff as Director of Corporate Engineering Services. His responsibilities will include oversight of all Manufacturing and Repair activities for AAXICO globally.

Mike has over 30 years of aerospace industry experience as a Gas Turbine Engine Designer, Project Engineer, MRB member (Material Review Board), and Repair Station Manager while employed by Allied Signal, General Electric and Teleflex.

Business Development/Technical Sales Manager

AAXICO welcomes aboard Guy Mathews to the AAXICO US staff as part of the Business Development/Technical Sales team. Initially, since he based in Atlanta, Guy will concentrate his efforts on the Delta Airlines account and regional customers.

Guy’s previous experience has been with McClain International (a HEICO Co.) as an Engineering Manager/Project Manager for new Product Development and Repairs; World Airways, as an Aircraft Structures/Thrust Reverser Engineer, and Delta Air Lines, as a Senior Aircraft Engineer, Senior Propulsion Engineer and Liaison Engineer. Guy holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BSAE) from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University.

AAXICO Awarded Aftermarket Distribution Agreement With Goodrich Corporation

AAXICO Signs Distributor Agreement with Goodrich
Corporation’s Sensors and Integrated Systems (SIS)

Miami, FL, USA – AAXICO has been awarded a distribution agreement with Goodrich Corporation’s Sensors and Integrated Systems (SIS) covering the commercial, regional, business and general aviation markets. AAXICO is now the aftermarket distributor of Goodrich SIS Air Data Products and Systems, Temperature Sensors, Fuel Quantity Measurement Systems and Utility Systems, Potable Water Systems and Specialty Heated Products.

The five-year agreement - which became effective on January 1, 2011 - is expected to reduce lead times, improve delivery and provide a simplified customer interface. The Goodrich Vendor Codes included are:
