    • We directly invest in our OEM’s products to ensure products are strategically located to best serve our global customers. With four distribution centers and eight regional sales offices we are ideally suited to partner with manufacturers in the pursuit of maintaining and exceeding airframe manufacturers mandated support levels.

  • Logistics

    • Contracted support
      • To maintain an agreed upon level of inventory for our customers, AAXICO is capable of dedicating spares on a regional level of support. 
    • Consignment
      • To maintain an agreed upon level of inventory for our customers, AAXICO is capable of dedicating spares on a local level of support. 
    • Exchange
      • To assist our customers in maintenance cost savings, AAXICO maintains select inventory available for exchange and immediate availability
    • Leasing
      • To assist our customer’s ability to maintain fixed costs AAXICO will arrange the supply of leased inventory customized to their needs.

  • OEM Support

    • With our network of relationships, built on years of local customer interaction, we are able to seamlessly maintain our OEM partners’ needs for both mature product support as well as introduce new product offerings.

 

Manufacturing

  • Engineering Design

    • Through AAXICO Technical Services we offer complete design capability. Our engineering team has an array of tools, including laser scanning and rapid prototyping, to assist in expediting our customer’s needs.

  • PMA

    • ATS has developed the design, manufacturing and certification capability to produce FAA-PMA (Parts Manufacturing Approval) replacement spares. These products have been purposely selected to offer enhanced performance and cost savings. We work directly with our customers to identify their requirements and customize a program to bring these parts into their system.

  • DER Repair

    • Similar in effort to the FAA-PMA, the DER Repair process is designed to significantly increase the ability to salvage high cost inventory during the repair cycle.

  • Licensed Manufacturing

    • AAXICO works together with manufactures in varying degrees to manage the support of mature products. Whether it is regional production for customer support or management of a complete line of products, AAXICO can customize a win-win program.

  • Component Exchange

    • Cost savings approach to reducing inventory. Units are strategically located and available to ship within 12 hours or less.

    • Contracted support arrangements can be made to specifically suit each customer’s needs.
