Established in 1976, Titeflex Europe develops, manufactures, inspects and sells a wide range of smooth-bored flexible Teflon® and Kevlar® hose assemblies, as well as convoluted Teflon® and metal hose assemblies for low, medium, and high pressure for use in both aerospace and high-tech industries. A member of SMITHS and part of the FLEX-TEK group, Titeflex Europe’s main aerospace applications are fuel, hydraulic, anemometric, de-icing, lubrication, and oxygen. The company supplies most of the main European aerospace programs (ARIANE, AIRBUS, ATR, DASSAULT, BAe, SNECMA, NPO Saturn, KAI) ) and is qualified ISO 9001 (2000), EN9100 (A), JAR21 and non-destructive X-Ray NADCAP, in addition to other approvals from leading European manufacturers in the aeronautical and aerospace industries.

Titeflex Europe is able to meet your most exacting requirements thanks to an Engineering Research Dept. which is equipped with CAO CATIA V5 and highly skilled personnel who have mastered both the production and special processing of bending, welding, brazing and swaging. Each part manufactured by Titeflex Europe is tested by the Inspection Department which uses the appropriate procedure to prove its conformity – be it Metrological, X-Ray, Endoscopic, Pressure or Impulse Tests. Titeflex Europe thus provides the necessary guarantees of compliance, reliability and security.
