AAXICO has been appointed as a global non-exclusive distributor for Eastern Aero Marine (EAM) of Miami Florida. EAM and AAXICO are a perfect match for each other since both companies have been in business for more than fifty-five years and both are family owned and operated in the Miami area. EAM is a major manufacturer of inflatable life preservers and life rafts for the general aviation market and life preservers and transport category life rafts for the airlines. The company was established by Sam Oroshnik in 1953 and currently has about 160 employees based close to Miami International Airport.
EAM offers a complete range of approved survival gear including 2-46 person life rafts; adult, child and infant life preservers; quick-don life preservers; survival kits; first aid kits; and accessories. The company also recertifies and repairs their own brand of life rafts and life vests. The company's VIP Series rafts are suitable for general aviation, air taxi operations, air cargo operations, commuters and rotor craft and the Transport Twin Tube airline rafts are transport category life rafts that are suitable for commercial transport category aviation plus air cargo. Rafts may be ordered with a special survival kit.
AAXICO will be contacting all of its customers shortly to review their current usage and to assist with future purchases of Eastern Aero Marine's products. In the meantime, please visit our web site to contact the AAXICO office most convenient to you, for further information.
